PART-TIME CONTENT DIRECTOR

Skyroad Studios is seeking a part-time Director to bring creative energy, organization, and strong leadership to our growing production team.

We produce more than 100 short-form videos each month for a wide range of clients across Southeast Texas and Louisiana — from schools to med spas to local businesses. This role is perfect for someone who understands what makes a great social media reel — pacing, tone, authenticity, and energy on screen.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and interact confidently with clients and talent on set

• Help organize and maintain clear shot lists

• Keep production on schedule and aligned with the creative tone

• Foster a calm, collaborative, and professional atmosphere

• Know when we’ve captured “the moment” on camera — the magic that works on social

• Understand basic lighting, composition, and current social media trends

Details:

• Part-time position: approximately 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, with potential for additional hours as we continue to grow.

• Competitive pay based on experience

• Must be within driving distance of the Golden Triangle (Southeast Texas)
